Franklin, Ind. (November 7, 2016) — Highland Metals, Inc. is proud to introduce its new Beta Titanium Molybdenum arch wires. This new wire will take the place of its Beta Blue™ wire line, providing improved function and performance to its nickel–free wire product offering.

Highland Metals’ new Beta Titanium Molybdenum arch wires go through a state–of–the–art diamond drawing process, and when combined with their proprietary mechanical polishing technology ensures smoother surfaces for improved sliding mechanics and a brighter, more attractive finish. With half the force, but twice the working range of stainless steel, clinicians can introduce larger wires earlier into their patient cases for superior torque control with minimal patient discomfort. Beta Titanium Molybdenum is the preferred choice when the forces of stainless steel are too high and the force levels of NiTi are too low.

The Beta Titanium Molybdenum wires are available in 25 packs of round or rectangular arch forms in our most popular sizes.

Highland Metals® Breaks Into Cosmetic Orthodontic Market with Tooth–colored Wires

Franklin, Ind. (April 26, 2016) — Highland Metals, Inc. announced today the worldwide release of their new aesthetic wire. The new arch wire features tooth–colored, epoxy coating and is available in Highland Metals’ Super Elastic NiTi and regular stainless steel archwires.

Highland Metals new cosmetic orthodontic wires go through a proprietary process to coat the wires in a tooth–colored, epoxy solution, which creates the most durable tooth-colored finish in the industry. The epoxy coating adds .002" in thickness to the wire dimensions, e.g., .016" coated has a .014" base wire with .014" applied forces.

The tooth–colored wires are available in multipacks of round or rectangular natural arch forms.
